A three-tiered framework — national, state, and club.

Pony Club Victoria operates within a layered rules framework. Pony Club Australia (PCA) sets the national standards, coaching scheme, gear standards and member protection framework. Pony Club Victoria (PCV) administers state-level governance, competition sanctioning, and operational policies for Victorian clubs.. Affiliated clubs operate under their own constitutions and local by-laws, consistent with both.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or you’re not sure which tier applies, get in touch with the PCV office and we’ll point you to the right document.
