Pony Club rallies are the backbone of Pony Club where all learning begins.  Coaches play an integral role in supporting clubs to provide fun, engaging and varied activities for members.

Coaches should provide a safe and fun environment for riders to develop skills, confidence, a sense of belonging and a love of horses and horse riding.

Pony Club Victoria encourages senior riding members, parents and others to consider a coaching pathway.   Mentors are available to support aspiring coaches.

We encourage all Pony Club Victoria coaches to consider gaining a qualification with Pony Club Australia and achieve their first aid qualification.  Check the PCA website for more information: PCANCAS – Pony Club Australia
