Dear Pony Club Victoria Zones and Clubs,

Pony Club Victoria (PCV) is excited to announce the development of new, modern model constitutions for our Zones and Clubs. These templates, drafted with the assistance of LS under a TMA-funded initiative from Sport and Recreation Victoria (SRV), are designed to align with the latest Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) changes (December 2023) and can be easily customized to suit your Zone or Club’s specific needs.

To support the rollout of these constitutions, PCV invites you to attend our upcoming governance workshops, where Ian, who has been working closely with PCV, will guide you through the templates, explain their benefits, and answer your questions. These workshops are a critical opportunity to empower your Zone or Club with the knowledge and tools to adopt a compliant, up-to-date constitution.
