It is with great pleasure that I present ‘Creating Our Future’, Pony Club Victoria’s 5-Year Strategic Plan 2026–2030.
This plan was built from the voices of our riders, parents, volunteers, instructors, and clubs. It honours our proud history since 1954 while embracing the innovation and flexibility our next generation needs.
Pony Club has always been about more than competition. It’s about confidence, friendship, leadership, and a lifelong love of horses. Together, we will grow participation, support our clubs and volunteers, strengthen our leadership, and build long-term financial sustainability so Pony Club Victoria remains as relevant and inspiring today as it was 70 years ago.
