The PCAV Rules are revised annually, changes became effective on January 1st.

Rule Changes for 2018 in By Laws, Gear Rules, Dressage Rules (Tests are 2013 ed, a couple of very minor clarifications in 4B & 4D) and Horse Trials. There are no changes for Showjumping for this year.
