The Role

The Member Protection Information Officer plays an important role in Pony Club, they provide information and guidance on complaints procedures - they are the ‘go to’ person if you want to discuss problems that may arise at your club or in other areas of Pony Club.  The MPIO is the first port of call for individuals considering making a formal complaint.

Desirable attributes:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good understanding of governing Constitution/By-Laws/Policies and Procedures

• Good organisational skills

• Ability to provide support but not take over 

• Conflict resolution skills

• Good working knowledge of Pony Club

• Current WWCC
